Invite specific people
Owners, customers, subs, suppliers, your own staff
Add anyone by email and choose how they get in: one click from their inbox, or a login first for sensitive numbers.
Sharing
Invite an owner, a supplier, a whole department or the board. They open it from a link in an email — nothing to install. Require sign-in for sensitive numbers, or turn on a public link anyone can open. Either way they see the live numbers, not last month’s PDF.
How it works
Every report has a Share button in the corner. That is the whole starting point — no admin console, no separate publishing step.
Type email addresses and choose how they sign in, or switch to a public link and copy it. Either one takes under a minute.
Viewers get a clean, read-only report in their browser, on a laptop or a phone: live data, the filters you allow, your logo on top.
Two ways to share
Owners, customers, subs, suppliers, your own staff
Add anyone by email and choose how they get in: one click from their inbox, or a login first for sensitive numbers.
For the whole company, the intranet, the TV on the shop floor
Flip one switch and the report gets a link anyone can open — no invite, no login. Paste it in Teams, put it on the intranet, or load it on the screen in the office or on the plant floor.
One thing to know
Your reporting app runs in your cloud, and your IT team decides who can reach it. Some keep internal apps so they only open from the office network or over a VPN. That works fine for your own staff — but a customer, sub or supplier clicking your link is outside that network, so the page simply won’t load for them.
Which one fits your company is something I confirm with you, and your IT team if you have one, on the scoping call — before anything is built.
Who you can share with
Give each owner or customer a live view of their own jobs, orders or schedule. Row filtering means one report serves every one of them.
Invite · email link or sign-in
Invite a department, or make it public inside the company and drop the link in Teams. No per-seat licenses, however many people open it.
Company login or public
Share a schedule, open commitments, fill rates or a scorecard. Set an expiry so access ends when the contract does.
Invite · email link
A public link on the office or plant-floor TV, or an email link for the board that is always current instead of a PDF that is always stale.
Public link or invite
Simple for them, controlled for you
Whoever opens the link sees a read-only report with your logo, live data and the filters you allowed — nothing to set up on their end. Behind it, you decide:
Owner A never sees Owner B’s jobs.
An expiry date per invite, or remove someone on the spot.
A list of names and when each one last looked.
Allow a download to Excel or PDF, or view only.
Not unless you want them to. By default an invite is a link in an email, and a public link needs nothing at all. For sensitive reports you can require sign-in on an invite instead: your own staff use the company login they already have, and anyone else sets a password the first time they open it.
No. There is no per-seat or per-viewer license — share with as many people as you like. The app runs in your cloud account, so the only running cost is its hosting, billed by your cloud provider.
Usually because your IT team keeps the app reachable only from the office network or a VPN, so anyone outside that network can’t load the page, invite or not. Sharing with outside people needs the app reachable from the internet, with sign-in still deciding who sees what — something I settle with you before the build.
Turn it off, or swap it for a new link, in one click — the old one stops working straight away. Anything sensitive should go out as an invite with sign-in required instead, so a forwarded link gets nobody else in.
